摘要
课程目标是老年教育课程设计与实施的灵魂与方向,而精神发展即精神性的增长,是老年的本质与幸福之源,亦是老年教育促进老年幸福的中介桥梁,因此,它应作为内核要素被纳入到老年教育课程目标的现实建构之中。然而,老年教育实践中却普遍存在忽略精神发展目标的错位现象,老年教育研究中则普遍存在忽视课程目标的缺位现实。依据泰勒课程设计原理,通过整合老年学习者、学科发展和社会发展的三维需求,尝试构建以“精神发展”为内核要素的老年教育课程目标整合模式。
Curriculum objectives are the soul and direction of curriculum design and implementation of the elderly education,and spiritual development,namely the growth of spirituality,is the essence and source of happiness of the elderly,and also the intermediary bridge of the elderly education to promote their happiness.Therefore,it should be included in the realistic construction of curriculum objectives of education for the elderly as a core element.However,in the practice of education for the elderly,there is a dislocation of ignoring spiritual development goals,and in the research of education for the elderly,there is a reality of ignoring curriculum goals.Therefore,according to Taylor's curriculum design principle,this paper tries to construct an integration model of curriculum goals for the elderly education with"spiritual development"as the core element through integrating the three-dimensional needs of the elderly learners,subject development and social development.
