基于GPS秒脉冲向量信号同步技术的断路器速度特性无线测量装置研究

摘要 针对目前断路器速度特性测试受限于测试线长度、强电磁干扰、无法三相同时测试费时费力等问题,研制一种基于GPS秒脉冲向量信号同步技术的断路器速度特性无线测量装置。该装置适用于500 kV、220 kV、66 kV等不同电压等级断路器三相分合闸速度测试,实现了断路器速度特性行程曲线的无线化测量,缩短了现场测试时间,提高了速度特性测量效率。 There currently exist problems of circuit breaker speed characteristics testing such as limited test line length,strong electromagnetic interference,and inadequacy in simultaneous three-phase test,resulting in time-consuming and labor intensive test practices.In view of this,the present work proposes to develop a wireless measurement device for circuit breaker speed characteristics based on GPS second pulse vector signal synchronization technology,which is suitable for testing three-phase opening and closing speed of circuit breakers of different voltage levels such as 500 kV,220 kV,66 kV,etc.The use of the measurement device can help in realizing wireless measurement of circuit breaker speed characteristic travel curve,shortening on-site testing time,and improving speed characteristic measurement efficiency.
