Causal Analysis of a Case of Gase Leakage Encountered by an Actual Circuit Breaker

针对一起断路器漏气事故,通过对该断路器进行现场停电检查、压力变化统计、解体检测、返厂检测、相关部件试验室检测等测试后,发现断路器瓷套部位存在多处裂纹,最后确定了断路器泄漏原因。

This paper reports a case of gas leakage accident encountered by an actual circuit breaker.It describes the examination process of the circuit breaker including on-site power failure inspection,pressure change statistics,disintegration detection,return-to-manufacturer test,and laboratory test of related components,through which it has been found many cracks in the porcelain bushing part.It finally analyzes the cause of the circuit breaker gas leakage.
