摘要 在智能电网建设中,物联网技术能很好地满足电网内部通信需求,实现对配网运行状态的实时感知与精细调控。基于物联网技术设计了户外电力控制柜,该控制柜的控制箱柜体内固定安装有横向设置的隔板,隔板将控制箱柜体分为上下分布的第一安装室和第二安装室。通过反方向转动调节两个规格相同的安装转动板角度,可增大转动板之间的间距,便于工作人员对元件进行安装、拆卸、维护等工作;通过螺纹固定杆将滑动块固定在曲型滑杆上,可降低两个安装转动板上发热电气元件之间的热量影响,很好地解决了柜体内部散热问题。 In the construction of smart grids,Internet of things technology can satisfy grids′internal communication demand,and facilitate real-time awareness and subtle adjustment of distribution network operation status.The present work designed an outdoor electric control cabinet based on Internet of things technology.There was installed a horizontally transverse separating plate in the cabinet body which divided the cabinet into the first installation chamber and the second installation chamber.The beneficial improvement brought by this design is manifested by two aspects.One is convenience of installation,disassembly and maintenance owing to the enlargeable distance between two rotating boards in the second installation chamber by adjusting their angles with the horizon.The other is reduced heat effect interactions among multiple heating electric components on the two installation boards,which are attributed to the fixation of slide blocks on curved rod sliders via screw fixers,thereby astutely solving internal heat dissipation problem of the cabinet.
