基于CiteSpace的中国近十年旅游服务质量知识图谱分析

摘要 旅游服务质量是旅游业作为现代服务业的内在属性,是旅游企业的核心竞争力,是衡量行业发展水平的重要指标。以中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的国内旅游服务质量研究的274篇期刊文献(2014—2023)为数据来源,基于CiteSpace 5.7 R5可视化分析软件,绘制国内旅游服务质量研究的知识图谱,展示旅游服务质量的研究现状、热点问题以及未来发展趋势。结论表明:我国旅游服务质量研究发文量大致经过发展期和稳定期。研究作者之间联系较为紧密,研究热点主要集中在对旅游业的高质量发展、乡村旅游、乡村振兴和景区的服务质量评价。加强旅游服务质量监管,推进旅游业供给侧结构性改革,满足游客多层次的旅游消费需求,提高旅游服务质量。 Tourism service quality is the inherent attribute of tourism as a modern service industry,the core competitiveness of tourism enterprises,and an important indicator to measure the development level of the industry.This paper takes 274 journals(2014-2023)of the research of domestic tourism service quality included in the China CNKI(CNKI)database as the data source,based on CiteSpace 5.7 R5 visual analysis software,draws the knowledge map of domestic tourism service quality research,showing the research status,hot issues and future development trend of tourism service quality.The conclusion shows that the number of research on tourism service quality in China has gone through the development period and stability period.The research authors are closely related,and the research focus mainly focus on the high-quality development of tourism,rural tourism,rural revitalization and service quality evaluation of scenic spots.We will strengthen oversight over the quality of tourism services,advance the supply-side structural reform of tourism industry,meet the multi-level tourism consumption demand of tourists,and improve the quality of tourism services.
