新文科背景下应用型高校法学类专业课堂教学创新改革研究——以商法课程为例

摘要 通过聚焦教学实践中存在的教学理念、教学内容、课程思政、教学评价、服务支持等方面存在的问题,应着眼于课程内容、教学方法、教学模式、思政元素、考核机制“五位一体”“两大课堂”大胆创新改革,勇于推行问题链教学,积极开展诊所式教学,灵活运用案例式教学,深挖学生学习的内驱力、思辨力和研究力,采用教学实验研究的范式解决传统课堂教学中存在的问题。改革后,课堂教学效果明显好转,学生综合能力显著提升,教学成果丰硕,学生评价很好,实现了既定的教学内容、教学方法和学生中心创新等多重教学目标,为其他同类型课程提供了较好的实践教学经验。 By focusing on the many problems existing in teaching practice in teaching concept,teaching content,curriculum ideology and politics,teaching evaluation,service support and other aspects,we should focus on teaching content,teaching method,teaching mode,curriculum ideology and politics,teaching evaluation"five in one"and"two big classrooms"boldly innovate and reform,have the courage to carry out problem chain teaching,and actively carry out clinic teaching.Use case teaching flexibly,dig deep the students'driving force,thinking ability and research ability,and adopt teaching experiment research paradigm to solve the problems existing in traditional classroom teaching.After the reform,the classroom teaching effect is significantly improved,the comprehensive ability of students is significantly improved,the teaching results are fruitful,the students'evaluation is good,and the established teaching contents,teaching methods and student center innovation and other multiple teaching objectives are achieved,providing better practical teaching experience for other similar courses.
