三全育人视域下高校学生管理工作队伍协同育人研究

学生管理工作队伍在高校思想政治工作中发挥着举足轻重的作用,但在实践中却面临着定位不准确、工作难深入、问题难处理、分工难协调、配合度不高的困境。三全育人视域下,高校应树立协同育人理念,强化协同育人系统设计,提高管理队伍协同育人胜任力,进一步深入挖掘各队伍的育人能力,构建适合学校育人特点和要求的协同育人路径,最大化发挥协同育人合力,更好地培养德才兼备的优秀人才。

The student management team plays a crucial role in ideological and political work in universities,but in practice,it faces difficulties such as inaccurate positioning,difficulty in deepening work,difficulty in handling problems,difficulty in coordinating division of labor,and low cooperation.From the perspective of comprehensive education,universities should establish the concept of collaborative education,strengthen the design of collaborative education systems,improve the competence of management team's collaborative education,further explore the educational abilities of each team,construct a collaborative education path that is suitable for the characteristics and requirements of school education,maximize the joint efforts of collaborative education,and better cultivate outstanding talents with both morality and talent.
