摘要
通过建立玻璃熔体电阻率测试方法,并运用线性计算与成分影响因数,拟合出无碱玻璃熔体电阻率ρ与温度T、各成分组成质量分数ωi关系的两大快速计算公式:玻璃纤维典型E配方玻璃高温电阻率ρ=10(7202.3573)/T-3.3551,其中lgρ和1/T的线性拟合度R^(2)=0.9971;CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)无碱玻璃在1500℃时的熔体电阻率ρ1500℃=-295.3939ωCaO+72.4061ωB_(2)O_(3)+158.0061ωSiO_(2)+57.8061ωAl_(2)O_(3),偏差在±3.50%以内。
A method is established for measuring the resistivity of glass melt,which uses linear calculation and composition influence factor to fit out two quick calculation formulas between the resistivity of alkali-free glass meltρ,temperature T and composition content of each componentωi:The high temperature resistivity of glass with typical E-formula for glass fiber isρ=10(7202.3573)/T-3.3551,where R^(2)between lgρand 1/T is 0.9971;The melt resistivity of CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)alkali-free glass at 1500℃isρ1500℃=-295.3939ωCaO+72.4061ωB_(2)O_(3)+158.0061ωSiO_(2)+57.8061ωAl_(2)O_(3),with the deviation within±3.50%.
