短切玻璃纤维对AGM隔膜性能的影响

摘要 研究了短切玻璃纤维在AGM隔膜中的应用及性能影响。实验研究表明,无碱耐腐蚀(ECR)玻璃纤维的强度性能更优异,且在酸性电解液中的抗腐蚀能力优于中碱玻璃纤维和无碱玻璃纤维。一定的比例区间内,短切ECR玻璃纤维能有效提升AGM隔膜的拉伸强度、回弹性、透气度等性能,并且成本较低,但单丝直径较粗,不适合高比例的添加。 The effects of chopped glass fibers on the performance of AGM separator were studied.Experimental studies have found that alkali-free corrosion resistant(ECR)glass fibers have higher strength,and their corrosion resistance in acidic electrolytes is better than that of C-glass fibers and E-glass fibers.In a certain proportion range,the chopped ECR glass fibers can effectively improve the tensile strength,resilience,air permeability and other properties of AGM separators,and the cost is low,but the filament diameter is thick,which is not suitable for high proportion addition.
