“三全育人”视域下开放大学思政教育质量提升路径刍探

Exploration of the Path to Improve the Quality of Ideological and Political Education in Open Universities from the Perspective of"Three Complete Education"

全员、全程、全方位育人是落实立德树人根本任务、建设人才强国的必然要求。文章从价值定位、机制构建、平台载体三个方面提出开放大学在“三全育人”视域下开展思想政治教育的逻辑路向,在阐述开放大学思想政治教育的现实困境之下提出应基于“三全育人”理念摆脱思想政治教育困境的路径,包括提高主体意识、推进全员参与,增强贯穿性、关注全程衔接,增强立体性、实现全方位融合,强化顶层设计、完善育人机制四个方面,以此提高开放大学思想政治教育的质量,进一步提升人才培养质量。

Full staff,full process,and all-round education is an inevitable requirement for implementing the fundamental task of moral education and building a strong talent country.The article proposes a logical direction for open universities to carry out ideological and political education in the perspective of"three complete education"from three aspects:value positioning,mechanism construction,and platform carrier.After elaborating on the practical difficulties of ideological and political education in open universities,it proposes a path to overcome the difficulties of ideological and political education based on the"three complete education"concept,including improving subject awareness,promoting full participation,enhancing continuity,paying attention to the full process connection,and enhancing dimensionality to achieve comprehensive integration,strengthen top-level design,and improve the education mechanism,in order to improve the quality of ideological and political education in open universities and further enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
