摘要
针对“1+X”证书制度下高职院校教师专业实践能力不强、专业发展目标不明确、职业生涯规划意识不强的问题,文章在对大量文献资料和“1+X”背景下培训评价组织、高职院校、专业教师进行调研分析的基础上,紧扣“1+X”制度对高职院校教师的新要求,探索适合高职院校不同层次教师专业发展的路径,如为不同层次教师的专业发展指明方向,依据证书捋清专业发展思路,不同层次教师选择不同的培训等级,完善教师管理机制等。
In response to the problems of weak professional practice ability,unclear professional development goals,and weak career planning awareness of vocational college teachers under the"1+X"certificate system,this article conducts research and analysis on a large amount of literature and training evaluation organizations,vocational colleges,and professional teachers under the"1+X"background.Based on the new requirements of the"1+X"system for vocational college teachers,it explores paths suitable for the professional development of teachers at different levels of higher vocational colleges,such as pointing out directions for the professional development of teachers at different levels,clarifying professional development ideas based on certificates,selecting different training levels for teachers at different levels,and improving teacher management mechanisms.
