艺术类高校大学英语教学改革的探索——以北海艺术设计学院为例

Exploration of College English Teaching Reform in Art Universities——Taking Beihai Academy of Art and Design as an Example

艺术类高校大学英语教学存在教师以传统讲授法为主、学生学习兴趣不浓、教材内容难度较大等问题。基于以上问题,艺术类高校可在英语教学中充分利用教学改革具有的科学合理的课程目标与大纲要求、学生的艺术创作能力强、良好的教学环境等有利条件,从以学生为中心开展任务驱动教学、加强团队合作学习、师生共创教具、扩展教学空间、重构教学内容等方面探究具体改革措施,以此为艺术类高校提供英语教学改革思路。

There are problems in the teaching of English in art universities,such as teachers using traditional teaching methods as the main approach,students lacking interest in learning,and difficulty in textbook content.Based on the above issues,art universities can fully utilize the favorable conditions of teaching reform in English teaching,such as scientific and reasonable course objectives and syllabus requirements,strong artistic creation ability of students,and a good teaching environment.Specific reform measures can be explored from the aspects of student-centered task driven teaching,strengthening team cooperative learning,co-creating teaching aids between teachers and students,expanding teaching space,and reconstructing teaching content,to provide ideas for English teaching reform in art universities.
