高校刑事诉讼应用型实践课堂教学改革探研

摘要 高校刑事诉讼应用型实践课堂教学改革是建设应用型本科高校的前提,是高校实现内涵式发展、推动应用型高素质人才培养的发展路径,也是满足新时代人才发展需求的基本路径。目前,高校“刑事诉讼法”课堂教学存在教学内容偏重理论知识的浅层次解释、知识输出方式过于单一、考核方式过于固化等问题。基于此,高校要从教学理念、教学内容、教学方式、考核方式等方面进行改革、创新,实现专业教学与职业需求、社会需求的无缝对接,为社会培养更多高质量的应用型人才。 The reform of applied practical classroom teaching in criminal litigation in universities is a prerequisite for building applied undergraduate universities,a development path for universities to achieve connotative development,promote the cultivation of high-quality applied talents,and a basic path to meet the needs of talent development in the new era.At present,there are problems in the classroom teaching of"Criminal Procedure Law"in universities,such as a focus on shallow explanations of theoretical knowledge in teaching content,too single knowledge output methods,and too rigid assessment methods.Based on this,universities should reform and innovate in teaching concepts,teaching content,teaching methods,assessment methods,and other aspects to achieve seamless integration between professional teaching and professional and social needs,and cultivate more high-quality applied talents for society.
