摘要
目的:探究中职学生社会支持、自我效能感和学习动机的内在关联,为制定提高中职学生的学习动机的措施提供理论依据。方法:选取1393名中职学生为研究对象,调查人口统计学资料、社会支持、自我效能感和学习动机水平,对数据进行相关分析及人口学变量差异性检验,并进行中介效应检验。结果:中职学生的社会支持、自我效能感与学习动机两两之间均呈显著正相关,自我效能感在中职学生的社会支持和学习动机之间部分中介效应显著。结论:中职学校可以从提高社会支持和自我效能感水平两方面出发,采取相应的措施提高中职学生的学习动机水平。
Objective:To explore the intrinsic correlation between social support,self-efficacy,and learning motivation among vocational school students,and to provide theoretical basis for formulating measures to improve their learning motivation.Method:1393 vocational school students were selected as the research subjects,and demographic data,social support,self-efficacy,and learning motivation levels were investigated.The data were subjected to correlation analysis and demographic variable difference tests,and mediation effect tests were conducted.Result:There is a significant positive correlation between social support,self-efficacy,and learning motivation among vocational school students,and self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between social support and learning motivation among vocational school students.Conclusion:Vocational schools can take corresponding measures to improve the learning motivation level of vocational students by improving their social support and self-efficacy levels.
