基于EPC模式的铁路项目科技创新管理下的成本控制与效益评估

摘要 为了更好地提高铁路项目的效率和质量,同时控制项目成本,实现良好的经济效益。本研究旨在探讨铁路项目中,采用EPC(设计-采购-施工)模式进行科技创新管理的同时,如何有效地控制成本并评估效益。针对EPC模式下的成本控制,首先需对铁路项目各个预算编制进行精细化处理,然后从设计、采购、施工三个阶段分别采取措施对成本进行控制,而针对效益评估,则是从经济、质量、社会效率三个方面分别建立科学的评估体系并进行相应的评估。以上研究方法将有助于提高铁路项目科技创新管理的效果,实现项目成本的控制和效益的评估。 In order to better improve the efficiency and quality of railway projects,while controlling project costs,and achieving good economic benefits.This study aims to explore how to effectively control costs and evaluate benefits in railway projects while adopting the EPC(Design Procurement Construction)model for technological innovation management.For cost control under EPC mode,it is necessary to first refine the budgeting of various railway projects,and then take measures to control costs from the three stages of design,procurement,and construction.For benefit evaluation,a scientific evaluation system is established from the three aspects of economy,quality,and social efficiency,and corresponding evaluations are carried out.The above research methods will help improve the effectiveness of scientific and technological innovation management in railway projects,achieve cost control of projects,and evaluate benefits.
