数字经济赋能我国体育用品出口高质量增长——基于2003—2020年30个省域面板数据研究

Digital Economy Enpowers the High-quality Export Growth of Sports Goods—A Study Based on Provincial Panel Data from 2003 to 2020

摘要 本文利用熵值法从省域层面构建我国数字经济规模指标,并测算出体育用品出口质量,从理论及实证上研究和检验数字经济赋能我国体育用品出口高质量增长的路径与机制。数字经济通过促进体育赛事、博彩与培训等体育服务业发展,催生对高质量体育用品的需求;同时通过跨境电子商务平台、信息技术共享降低了研发、运输、搜索、匹配等生产与交易成本,提高生产与出口的供给质量。实证结果表明数字经济与我国体育用品出口高质量增长成显著正相关。体育用品出口质量和数量增长均以东部地区为主,但数字经济能够整合国内大市场,降低贸易成本,提高全国范围内尤其是中西部地区体育用品的出口质量和出口数量,同时促进对发展中国家市场体育用品出口数量的提升。数字经济基于“双循环”融合互动机制,通过促进本地市场效应、推动总出口规模和对外直接投资,赋能并推动体育用品出口的高质量增长。 This paper uses the entropy method to construct the index of China’s digital economy and calculates the export quality of sports goods from the provincial level.Meanwhile,it discusses the mechanism of digital economy on high quality growth of sports goods exports and carries out empirical tests.Digital economy promotes the development of sports service industries such as sports events,gambling,and training through the Internet platform,which promotes the demand for high quality sports goods.The digital economy has reduced the production and transaction costs including R&D,transportation,research,and matching,etc.to boost the high quality growth of domestic producing and exporting.The empirical study shows that there is a significant positive relation between digital economy and high quality export growth in China’s sporting goods manufacturing.The growth of the quality and quantity of sports goods exports is mainly in the eastern region,but digital economy can integrate the domestic market,reduce trade costs,promote high quality growth of sports goods in the Belt and Road Initiative related provinces and western regions,and promote the growth of export quantity to developing countries.At the same time,the digital economy can promote the high quality increase of sports goods exports based on the“dual cycle”interactive integration mechanism by promoting the local market effect,promoting exports and outward direct investment.
