摘要
橡胶改性沥青混合料能够有效降低沥青路面的全寿命周期成本,并表现出良好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性,具有更强的承载重交通的能力,应用前景广阔。橡胶改性沥青混合料的路用性能与采用的胶粉细度、胶粉掺量、混合料集料级配、油石比等密切相关。通过车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验分析了胶粉细度、胶粉掺量、集料级配和油石比对橡胶改性沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性的影响,确认较细的胶粉有助于改善橡胶改性沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能和水稳定性。综合高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性要求,推荐使用60目胶粉,外掺掺量为24%;建议采用较细的混合料级配,且油石比在8.5%~9.5%之间。
Rubber modified asphalt mixture can effectively reduce the life cycle cost of asphalt pavement,and show good high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability.It has stronger capacity to carry heavy traffic and has broad application prospects.The road performance of rubber modified asphalt mixture is closely related to the fineness of rubber powder,the content of rubber powder,the aggregate gradation of mixture and the ratio of oil to stone.The effects of rubber powder fineness,rubber powder content,aggregate gradation and asphalt-aggregate ratio on the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability of rubber modified asphalt mixture were analyzed by rutting test,low temperature trabecular bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test.It is confirmed that the finer rubber powder is helpful to improve the high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability of rubber modified asphalt mixture.Based on the requirements of high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability,it is recommended to use 60 mesh rubber powder and 24%admixture.It is recommended to use a finer mixture gradation,and the oil-stone ratio is between 8.5%and 9.5%.
