摘要
为了研究沥青路面拥包病害的发生机理,基于浙江S212省道绍兴段拥包病害处置实例,采用外观检测、室内试验、有限元模拟等方法,研究了路面拥包的病害成因与发生机理,总结了原材料、施工工艺、道路线形、服役环境等参数对路面结构抗拥包能力的影响规律,并探讨了相应的预防措施与解决方法。结果表明,黏层局部软弱是引发早期拥包病害的关键因素。
In order to study the mechanism of the occurrence of asphalt pavement upheaval,based on the example of upheaval disposal in Shaoxing section of Zhejiang S212 provincial highway,the causes and mechanisms of pavement upheaval were studied by using appearance inspection,indoor test,finite element simulation,etc.The influence law of raw materials,construction process,road alignment,service environment and other parameters on the anti-upheaval ability of pavement structure was summarized,and the corresponding preventive measures and solutions were discussed upheaval.The results show that the local weakness of the cohesive layer is a key factor in triggering early upheaval pack disease.
