摘要
为研究高速公路不同路面结构的力学特性,通过分析各个结构层参数,利用BISAR 3.0软件,以天津高速公路为例,对不同路面结构组合进行研究,主要分析了不同的结构层模量、结构层厚度对其应力的影响。结果表明:结构层层底拉应力与结构层厚度和结构层动态压缩模量有关,当结构层厚度从96 cm下降至79 cm时结构层层底拉应力下降了21.9%;当结构层材料由SUP或者ATB等沥青混合料变成泡沫冷再生沥青混合料时,动态压缩模量变小,层底拉应力出现不规则变化。因此根据已有天津市高速公路复杂多样的路面结构,通过考虑各结构层模量及厚度的影响因素,推荐在新的高速公路路基路面设计时,选用滨保高速公路及津石高速公路路面结构类型及厚度。
In order to study the mechanical characteristics of different pavement structures of the expressway,by analyzing the parameters of each structural layer,taking Tianjin expressway as an example,the paper studies the different pavement structure combinations by using BISAR 3.0 software,mainly analyzes the influence of different structural layer modulus and thickness on its stress.The results show that the tensile stress at the bottom of the structural layer is related to the thickness of the structural layer and the dynamic compression modulus of the structural layer.When the thickness of the structural layer decreases from 96 cm to 79 cm,the tensile stress at the bottom of the structural layer decreases by 21.9%;When the structural layer material changes from asphalt mixture such as SUP or ATB to foam cold regenerated asphalt mixture,the dynamic compression modulus decreases and the tensile stress at the bottom of the layer changes irregularly.Therefore,according to the complex and diverse pavement structures of existing Tianjin expressways,by considering the influence factors of the modulus and thickness of each structural layer,it is recommended to select the pavement structure type and thickness of Binbao Expressway and Jinshi Expressway in the new expressway subgrade and pavement design.
