摘要
为深入了解采用双轨式钢轨超声波探伤仪检测钢轨伤损的效果,对比分析一次波和二次波轮式探头中70°超声波换能器布置,模拟计算的声场覆盖范围,以及钢轨伤损检测效果。结果表明,采用一次波和二次波轮式探头,均能检测钢轨伤损;采用一次波轮式探头检测时,检测范围在钢轨轨头两侧存在盲区,而采用二次波轮式探头检测时,检测范围能够覆盖整个钢轨轨头,还能检测出钢轨鱼鳞伤下的小核伤。
In order to deeply understand the effect of using dual-rail ultrasonic flaw detector to detect rail defects and flailures,the arrangement of 70°ultrasonic transducer in primary wave wheel probe and secondary wave wheel probe,the sound field coverage obtained by simulation calculation,and the detection effect of rail defects and flailures are compared and analyzed.The results show that both the primary wave wheel probe and the secondary wave wheel probe can detect the rail defects and flailures.When the first wave wheel probe is used,the detection range has a blind area on both sides of the rail head,while when the second wave wheel probe is used,the detection range can cover the entire rail head,and the small transverse defect under the rail fish scales can be detected.
