Research on Normalization of Registration System During Construction and Maintenance of Train Operation Equipment

铁路营业线施工是保证铁路设备设施始终处于良好状态,保障行车安全、提高运输效率的一项必不可少的工作。调研各铁路局集团公司行车设备施工维修及检查登销记业务需求,分析行车设备施工维修登销记安全风险点。研究提出全路行车设备施工维修登销记系统总体结构,通过全路登销记系统功能和接口的规范化,实现登销记系统与多系统互联互通和数据交换的接口交互;识别施工维修登销记安全风险点,为全路登销记系统的统一管理以及登销记系统与其他系统的协同安全卡控提供参考。

Railway operational line construction is an indispensable task to ensure that railway equipment and facili⁃ties remain in optimal condition,thereby ensuring train operation safe and enhancing transportation efficiency.This paper analyzes the current status of railway operational line construction management informatization and the busi⁃ness requirements for construction,maintenance,and inspection registration of train operation equipment.It investi⁃gates the overall structure of the train equipment construction and maintenance registration system,the standardiza⁃tion of its functionalities,and the interface interactions for electronic registration and exchange of data among multiple systems.It identifies safety risk points in construction and maintenance registration,thereby providing references for interconnection among registration systems and other systems,unified management of registration systems,and collab⁃orative safety monitoring between registration systems and other systems.
