摘要
铁路路基边坡防护工程传统现浇式施工模具多、工期长、维护难。以某沿海高速铁路路基护坡工点为例,进行路堤边坡装配式拱形骨架设计方案研究,包括装配单元的划分、安装、连接、吊装及施工等五个方面。共设置6种装配单元;单元按照自上而下布置,自下而上安装;单元间采用卯榫方式搭接;在单元体重心两侧对称位置设吊装点运输和安装;装配单元安装前需先进行脚墙及骨架底镶边现浇施工,以保证装配式拱形骨架的稳定和平顺性。
The traditional cast-in-place construction of railway subgrade slope protection projects has multiple molds,long construction period and difficult maintenance.Taking a certain railway subgrade slope protection project as an example,the design scheme of construction method of prefabricated arch skeleton for embankment slope is studied from five aspects:unit division,installation,connection,lifting and construction.A total of six types assembly units were set up,arranged from top to bottom and installed from bottom to top with mortise and tenon joints between units.lifting points were set on both sides of the unit's center of gravity for transportation and installation.Before installing the assembly units,cast-in-situ construction of the toe wall and skeleton bottom edge should be carried out to ensure the stability and smoothness of the prefabricated arch skeleton.
