This paper summarized the perioperative nursing experience of a Tibetan patient with complete Shone′s syndrome.The key points of nursing included preoperative close monitoring of limb blood pressure to prevent accidents such as syncope and sudden death,postoperative pulmonary rehabilitation nursing,phased exercise intervention,pain care and individualized diet nursing,as well as multi-aspect and multi-channel cross-cultural nursing.After treatment and care,the patient recovered well after the surgery.
