侗族文化融入基层廉洁文化建设的实践与探索——以黔东南苗族侗族自治州为例

Practice and Exploration of Integrating Dong Culture into Grassroots Clean Culture Construction——Take Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture as an Example

党的二十大进一步强调要坚定不移地推进全面从严治党。加强新时代廉洁文化建设是一体推进“不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐”的基础性工程,也是为全面推进乡村振兴战略、营造良好环境的重要抓手。在少数民族地区,如何将民族文化中的廉洁文化内涵同民族地区的廉洁文化建设有机融合是一个值得探讨的问题。黔东南苗族侗族自治州是侗族的主要聚居地,侗族传统文化保存得较为完整,侗族传统文化具有鲜明的二元性和自律性特征,它所蕴含的自律精神、契约精神等丰富的精神特质为在侗族地区进行廉洁文化建设提供了坚实的基础。近年来,黔东南苗族侗族自治州大力挖掘和弘扬黔东南侗族廉洁文化资源,充分运用民族文化形式承载廉洁文化内容,推动基层廉洁文化建设,为营造风清气正的廉洁生态进行了积极实践与探索。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further emphasized the need to fi rmly promote comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,and strengthen the construction of a clean and honest culture in the new era.This is a fundamental project for promoting the concept of“not daring to corrupt,not being corrupt,and not wanting to corrupt”.It is also an important lever for creating a good environment for comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy.How to organically integrate the connotation of integrity culture in ethnic minority areas with the construction of integrity culture in ethnic minority areas is a problem worth exploring.Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture is the main Human settlement of the Dong nationality.The traditional culture of the Dong nationality is relatively intact.The traditional culture of the Dong nationality has distinctive characteristics of duality and self-discipline.The spirit of self-discipline,contract spirit and other rich spiritual characteristics it contains provide a solid foundation for the construction of clean culture in the Dong nationality area.In recent years,Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture has vigorously excavated and carried forward the clean cultural resource management of Dong made full use of national cultural forms to carry the contents of clean culture,promoted the construction of honest culture at the grass-roots level,and actively practiced and explored to create a clean and honest ecology.
