“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,以能力培养为核心”是新时代背景下高等职业教育的发展思路,只为了能够培养出社会稀缺但需求量却不断提升的高素质技能创新型人才,而随着我国新能源汽车技术的不断发展,新能源汽车显然已经成为我国经济发展体系中的战略性企业,带动了一系列相关行业的发展,更是导致了汽车产业领域对专业人才的需求发生了巨大的变化,让新能源汽车技术专业一跃成为高等职业教育领域中的重点专业。在此背景下,为了能够让高职新能源汽车技术专业的课程教学能够跟得上新能源汽车产业的发展步伐,各大高职院校纷纷开始了专业课程教学的探索与改革,本文中就从当前高职新能源汽车技术课程教学中存在的问题出发来尝试探索高职新能源汽车技术课程的教学改革路径,以期能够全面提升新能源汽车技术课程的教学质量与效果。

"Service-oriented,employment-oriented,ability training as the core"is the development idea of higher vocational education in the context of the new era,which is to cultivate high-quality skills and innovative talents that are scarce in society but the demand is constantly increasing.With the continuous development of China's new energy vehicle technology,new energy vehicles have obviously become a strategic enterprise in China's economic development system,driving the development of a series of related industries,but also led to huge changes in the demand for professionals in the automotive industry.Let the new energy vehicle technology major become a key major in the field of higher vocational education.In this context,to enable the course teaching of higher vocational new energy vehicle technology to keep up with the pace of development of the new energy vehicle industry,major vocational colleges have begun to explore and reform the teaching of professional courses.
