摘要
在新能源汽车的发展中电池模块是影响其续航里程、充电效率和使用安全的重要因素,也是消费群体关注的重点。新能源汽车电池充放电特性受环境温度影响较大,特别是在高温情况下,容易产生能量功率衰减现象,还可能诱发电池自燃等风险隐患,在进行电池组模块的设计过程中关注可控冷却,不断优化汽车电池组的工作性能。研究新能源汽车电池冷却系统应用的重要性,结合电池组冷却系统设计,详细分析四种常见的电池组冷却技术。
In the development of new energy vehicles,battery modules are an important factor affecting their cruising range,charging efficiency and use safety,and are also the focus of consumer groups.The charging and discharging characteristics of new energy vehicle batteries are greatly affected by the ambient temperature.In the case of high temperature,it is easy to produce energy and power attenuation,and may also induce risks such as spontaneous combustion of batteries.The importance of the application of battery cooling system for new energy vehicles is studied,and four common battery pack cooling technologies are analyzed in detail based on the design of battery pack cooling system.
