车载卷轴式遮雨器的设计与研究

摘要 为方便阴雨天气时乘车人进出车辆,同时有效避免车内设施在开关车门期间被淋湿,设计了一款车载卷轴式遮雨器。本设计采用扇形卷轴及骨架支撑结构,通过蓄电池为装置中的电磁铁供电,同时结合雨量传感器对电磁铁进行开关控制。用户在打开车门时对装置施加初始拉力,安装在车顶及车门间的遮雨布通过电磁铁间吸力带动展开,在车门及车顶间隙形成扇形遮雨区域,为用户进一步打开随身携带的雨伞提供执行空间的同时,有效规避车辆内饰被淋湿。通过多方面的可行性分析,该设计能够满足安全使用的条件并达到预期目的。 In order to make it easier for passengers to get in and out of the vehicle in rainy weather,and to effectively prevent the facilities in the vehicle from getting wet when opening and closing the doors,a vehicle-mounted roller-type rain shield is designed.This design uses a fan-shaped reel and a skeleton support structure to supply power to the electromagnet in the device through a battery,and at the same time combine the rain sensor to control the switch of the electromagnet.When the user opens the car door,an initial pulling force is applied to the device,and the rain cloth installed between the roof and the door is driven by the suction force between the electromagnets to unfold,forming a fan-shaped rain-shielding area in the gap between the car door and the car roof,providing further protection for the user to open the umbrella that is carried with him.While implementing the space,it can effectively avoid the vehicle interior from being wet.Through various feasibility analysis,the design can meet the conditions of safe use and achieve the expected purpose.
