摘要
首先利用ANSYS Workbench对根据中国大学生方程式汽车大赛赛规设计的赛车车架进行有限元分析,得到弯曲、转弯、制动、扭转四种不同工况下赛车车架位移、应力的云图分布,然后根据分析结果对赛车车架进行轻量化,并将优化后车架再次进行有限元分析,其强度和刚度均符合赛规要求。结果表明,该设计不仅达到了赛车车架轻量化的目的,将赛车车架的质量由33.555kg降低为28.973kg,并且优化后的车架各项性能均得到了显著提升。
Firstly,ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the finite element of the racing frame designed according to the China Formula Student competition regulations.The cloud distribution of the displacement and stress of the racing frame under four different working conditions of bending,turning,braking and torsion was obtained,and then the racing frame was lightweighted according to the analysis results,and the finite element analysis was carried out again after the optimized frame,and its strength and stiffness met the requirements of the competition regulations.The results show that the design not only achieves the purpose of lightweight racing frame,but also reduces the mass of the racing frame from 33.555kg to 28.973kg,and the performance of the optimized frame has been significantly improved.
