基于InfoWorks ICM的内涝风险评估与分析

摘要 基于InfoWorks ICM构建1D、2D耦合的浙江省某新区内涝排水模型,根据模拟得出的研究区管网负荷状态、地面积水深度、地面积水时间等,分析和评价研究区管网排水能力和内涝风险情况。研究区现状管网系统的排水能力尚未达到3年一遇的排水设计标准,管网排水能力大部分在0.5年一遇之下。且在20年一遇设计暴雨下存在内涝高风险区,内涝风险区主要发生在下垫面硬质化较为严重、地势较低、管网缺失和管径较小的区域。建议完善研究区空白区排水管网系统,并对未达到设计标准的管网进行改造。 Based on InfoWorks ICM,a 1D and 2D coupled waterlogging and drainage model of a new district in Zhejiang Province was constructed.The drainage capacity and waterlogging risk of the pipeline network in the study area were analyzed and evaluated according to the simulated load state of the pipeline network,the depth of ground water and the time of ground water in the study area.The drainage capacity of the current pipe network system in the study area has not reached the design standard of once-in-3-years drainage,and the drainage capacity of the pipe network is mostly below 0.5 once-in-ayear.There are high risk areas of waterlogging under a 20-year design rainstorm,and the waterlogging risk areas mainly occur in areas where the underlying surface is hard,the terrain is low,the pipe network is missing and the pipe diameter is small.It is suggested to improve the drainage pipe network system in the blank area of the study area,and to reform the pipe network that does not meet the design standard.
