平均流量信息报送是水情工作重要任务之一。通过使用Python、pymssql、SQL Server、JSON等相关技术,设计并实现一个自动计算并报送日、旬、月平均流量的系统,实现平均流量的自动计算、自动报送功能。该系统自动计算速度快、耗时少、计算结果准确,可减轻水文测站的一部分工作量,提升工作效率,降低失误率,具有一定的实用价值。

Average discharge information reporting is one of the important tasks of water situation work.Through the use of Python,pymssql,SQL Server,JSON and other related technologies,design and implement an automatic calculation and reporting of daily,ten-day,monthly average traffic system,to achieve automatic calculation of average traffic,automatic reporting functions.The automatic calculation speed of the system is fast,the time is less,the calculation result is accurate,can reduce part of the workload of the hydrological station,improve the work efficiency,reduce the error rate,has a certain practical value.
