一种基于时钟同步的新能源场站快速频率响应功能测试方法及验证

摘要 随着电网新能源占比不断增大,特高压直流输电逐步投运,电网系统调频难度不断加大,新能源场站快速频率响应功能入网检测工作遇到诸多问题。针对青海某风电场两站共用一套AGC、共用一套快频装置的情况,在检测过程中从技术层面做出两站GPS时钟同步、AGC指令叠加及功率分配的优化、功率波动较大等问题的改进,顺利完成检测工作,为今后的快频装置入网检测工作提供参考。 With the increasing proportion of new energy in the power grid and gradual commission of ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC)power transmission,the difficulty of frequency regulation in the power grid system is constantly increasing.The test of fast frequency response function of new energy stations entering the power grid experienced many problems.Technical Improvements in two wind farms GPS clock synchronization,AGC command stacking and power allocation optimization,and the solution of significant power fluctuations were made for the situation where two wind farms in Qinghai share a set of AGC and a set of fast frequency devices.And the detection work was successfully completed.A useful reference for future test of fast frequency devices before operation in the power grid.
