电力调度程控交换机组网的研究及应用

摘要 电力系统的安全稳定运行离不开调度指令的有效传达,锡林郭勒地区调度交换系统经过长时间的运行,设备老化,无法保障系统运行的安全性与稳定性,给日常的运行、维护带来很大风险。而调度程控交换机的组网,可以有效提高调度程控交换系统的运行稳定性。对锡林郭勒电力多个厂家的调度交换机之间的组网方式进行了研究,提出了采用三角环2M数字中继方式进行组网的改造方案,有效保证了锡林郭勒电力调度程控交换系统安全稳定运行,并在此基础上对远期建设方案进行了研究。 The safe and stable operation of the power system relies heavily on the effective transmission of dispatching instructions.However,after prolonged usage,the dispatching exchange system in Xilingol region has become aging and unable to guarantee the security and stability of system operations,posing significant risks to daily operations and maintenance.Therefore,the networking of program-controlled switches for power distribution can effectively improve the operational stability of the program-controlled switch system.This paper studies the networking methods of the program-controlled switches from multiple manufacturers for Xilingol Electric Power distribution,and proposes a renovation plan using a triangular ring 2M digital relay method for networking,effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of the program control exchange system for Xilingol electric power dispatch.Based on this,the long-term construction plan is studied.
