面向制造业智能工厂的AGV作业效率与逻辑策略研究

摘要 随着工业化、智能化的发展,许多机械重复性的工作可以由机器人代替。AGV作为一种可智能移动搬运的小车,广泛地运用于各种各样的智能工厂。针对提高制造业智能工厂的AGV作业效率,从AGV的调度策略出发,使用改进的粒子群算法进行调度策略的优化,通过试验对比优化前后的结果。优化后的AGV系统的作业能力提高8.73%,为制造业智能工厂提供了一种调度优化策略、提高AGV作业效率的方案。 With the development of industrialization and intelligence,many mechanical repetitive tasks can be replaced by robots.AGV,as an intelligent mobile transportation vehicle,is widely used in various intelligent factories.In order to improve the efficiency of AGV operations in manufacturing intelligent factories,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the scheduling strategy based on the scheduling strategy of AGV.The results before and after optimization were compared through experiments.The optimized AGV system’s operational capability has increased by 8.73%,providing a scheduling optimization strategy and improving AGV operational efficiency for intelligent factories in the manufacturing industries.
