桥梁墩柱自动覆膜机回转环动力学仿真分析

摘要 目前桥梁墩柱人工覆膜存在高空作业安全风险、施工效率低、覆膜质量不可控等问题。为了解决这些问题,开发了一款自动覆膜机。该覆膜机由机架、爬升轮组、限位轮组、回转环以及膜具等组成。其中回转环受力复杂,其作业稳定性对覆膜作业质量和安全性具有较大影响。为此采用有限元分析方法,开展了回转环覆膜动力学仿真分析,研究作业过程中回转环结构参数对其结构强度和振幅的影响。结果表明:结构钢回转环等效应力48.32 MPa,振动幅值为7.2 mm,满足覆膜机安全稳定的要求。回转环振动是影响作业稳定性和安全性的主要因素。密度和厚度越小回转环振动越大,不利于覆膜机的安全稳定作业。为此在进行覆膜机回转环轻质化设计中需合理设计回转环厚度和材料,防止回转环作业振幅过大,导致作业风险。 At present,the artificial laminating of bridge pier column has safety risks such as high-altitude operation,the construction efficiency is low and the laminating quality is not controllable.In order to solve these problems,an automatic laminating machine is designed.The laminating machine is mainly composed of a frame,climbing wheel group,limiting wheel group,rotary ring and film tool.As a key part of the laminating machine,the stability of the rotating ring has a great influence on the quality and safety of the laminating machine.To this end,the finite element method was used to carry out the dynamic simulation analysis of the rotating ring coating,and the influence of the structural parameters of the rotating ring on its structural strength and amplitude was analyzed.The results show that the equivalent stress of the structural steel rotating ring is 48.32 MPa and the vibration amplitude is 7.2mm,which meets the safety and stability requirements of the laminating machine.It is found that the vibration of revolving ring is the main factor affecting the stability and safety of bridge pier laminating machine.The smaller the density and thickness,the greater the vibration of the rotary ring,which is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of the laminating machine.Therefore,it is necessary to reasonably design the thickness and material of the rotating ring in the light design of the laminating machine,so as to prevent the operation of the rotating ring with too large amplitude,which may lead to the operation risk.
