金属组学在肝癌诊断及治疗中的应用

摘要 金属组学与医学的交叉结合为疾病的诊断及治疗提供了新的研究方向。以肝癌为例,首先介绍了金属组学在肝癌诊断中的应用,包括常用的检测设备和诊断方法;最后介绍了金属组学在肝癌治疗中的应用,除了传统的铂类药物,还发展了钒复合物、钌复合物及砷类药物。金属组学除了用于肝癌的诊断和治疗,也可以预测疗效,如血清Zn与Fe含量的上升,Cu含量下降,提示预后较好。随着新技术的不断发展,金属组学将会在肝癌的诊断及治疗中发挥更大的价值。 The intercrossing of metallomics and medicine provides a new research direction for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.In this review,taking liver cancer as an example,the application of metalomics in the diagnosis of liver cancer was firstly introduced,including commonly used detection measurement instruments and diagnostic methods.Finally the application of metallomics in liver cancer treatment was introduced.In addition to traditional platinum drugs,vanadium complexes,ruthenium complexes,and arsenic drugs were also been developed.In addition,metallomics can not only be used for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer,but also predict therapeutic effects,such as the content of Zn and Fe increased and the content of Cu decreased in serum indicated better prognosis.With the continuous development of new technologies,metallomics will play a more important role in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.
