摘要
目的:分析在为冠状动脉狭窄患者实施治疗的过程中GE Innova IGS 520数字减影血管造影X线机进行冠状动脉造影及支架植入术所获得的临床效果。方法:选择2019年9月~2022年9月在本院接受冠状动脉狭窄治疗的患者24例作为实验对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组与参照组,每组各有患者12例,参照组患者的治疗方法为常规药物治疗,研究组患者的治疗方法为GE Innova IGS 520数字减影血管造影X线机进行冠状动脉造影及支架植入术治疗。结果:治疗后研究组患者冠状动脉狭窄程度改善情况与参照组患者存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。研究组患者与参照组患者治疗后狭窄分布情况存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:GE Innova IGS520数字减影血管造影X线机进行冠状动脉造影及支架植入治疗属于冠状动脉狭窄患者的一种理想治疗方法。
Objective:To analyze the clinical results of GE Innova IGS 520 digital subtraction angiography X-ray machine for coronary angiography and stent implantation in the treatment of patients with coronary artery stenosis.Methods:24 patients who underwent coronary artery stenosis treatment in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the experimental subjects.They were divided into a study group and a reference group using a random number table method,with 12 patients in each group.The treatment method for the reference group patients was conventional drug therapy,while the treatment method for the study group patients was coronary angiography and stent implantation using the GE Innova IGS 520 digital subtraction angiography X-ray machine.Results:The improvement of coronary artery stenosis in the study group was significantly helpful to the control group(P<0.05).The distribution of stenosis in the study group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:GE Innova IGS 520 digital subtraction angiography X-ray machine for coronary angiography and stent implantation is an ideal treatment for patients with coronary artery stenosis.
