血液灌流、CRRT联合用于中毒导致急性肾功能衰竭治疗中的疗效观察

The Clinical Observation of Hemoperfusion Combined with CRRT in the Treatment of Acute Renal Failure Caused by Poisoning

目的:观察在中毒导致急性肾功能衰竭患者的治疗中应用血液灌流联合连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)的临床疗效。方法:选取于2021年10月~2022年11月到本院接受诊治的中毒导致急性肾功能衰竭患者60例,经随机数字表法干预后将60例患者进行分组,其中常规组纳入患者30例,组内患者采用常规治疗,研究组纳入30例患者,组内患者采用血液灌流联合CRRT治疗,将两组的结果进行对比。结果:研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率、生活质量水平、免疫功能指标水平高于常规组(P<0.05);对两组中毒导致急性肾功能衰竭患者的肾功能指标变化情况进行监测,研究组患者的各项肾功能指标、各项炎性因子水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对中毒导致急性肾功能衰竭患者来说,应采用血液灌流联合CRRT的方式进行治疗,这种治疗方式可以有效改善患者免疫功能指标以及肾功能指标,降低患者炎症反应,提升患者生活质量以及临床治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in the treatment of acute renal failure caused by poisoning.Methods:The patients with acute renal failure caused by poisoning who were treated in our hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as samples for this study.The sample size was 60 cases.After the intervention of random number table,the 60 patients were divided into groups,including 30 patients in the conventional group,30 patients in the group were treated with conventional treatment,and 30 patients in the research group were also included in the study group.The patients in the group were treated with hemoperfusion combined with CRRT,compare the results of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate,quality of life and immune function of patients in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);The changes of renal function indexes in patients with acute renal failure caused by poisoning in the two groups were monitored.The levels of renal function indexes and inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with acute renal failure caused by poisoning,hemoperfusion combined with CRRT should be used for treatment.This treatment can effectively improve the immune function index and renal function index of patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients,improve the quality of life of patients and clinical treatment effect.
