庄志ZZIR-ID直线偏振光治疗仪治疗带状疱疹的临床观察

摘要 目的:观察在为带状疱疹患者实施治疗的过程中庄志ZZIR-ID直线偏振光治疗仪所获得的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年9月~2022年9月52例于医院接受带状疱疹治疗的患者,患者的分组方法为电脑随机分组法,共分为各有26例患者的研究组与参照组。参照组患者给予常规药物治疗,研究组患者在参照组基础上加用庄志ZZIRID直线偏振光治疗仪。结果:统计学分析治疗有效率、皮损改善有效率后可知,研究组患者与参照组患者相比明显较高,P<0.05。治疗前两组患者疼痛程度基本一致,P>0.05;研究组患者治疗后不同时间疼痛程度与参照组患者相比均明显较轻,P<0.05。结论:在为带状疱疹患者实施治疗的过程中庄志ZZIR-ID直线偏振光治疗仪的应用获得了较为理想的效果,有助于患者的更好治疗以及皮损、疼痛改善。 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhuang Zhi ZZIR-ID linear polarized light therapy instrument in the treatment of herpes zoster patients.Methods:A total of 52 patients who received treatment for herpes zoster in hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected as experimental subjects.The patients were divided into study group and reference group according to computer randomized method,with 26 patients in each group.The reference group was given conventional drug treatment,and the study group was given Zhuang Zhi ZZIR-ID linear polarized light therapy instrument on the basis of the reference group.Results:The effective rate and lesion improvement rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in pain degree between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;The pain degree of the study group was significantly less than that of the reference group at different time after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of herpes zoster patients,the application of Zhuang Zhi ZZIR-ID linear polarized light therapy instrument has achieved a better effect,which is conducive to better treatment of patients and improvement of skin lesions and pain.
