早期医学营养结合运动疗法对妊娠期糖尿病高危孕妇治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Early Medical Nutrition Combined with Exercise Therapy on High-risk Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 分析早期医学营养结合运动疗法对妊娠期糖尿病高危孕妇治疗效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年8月山东省青州市妇幼保健院产科收治的96例妊娠期糖尿病高危孕妇作为研究对象,利用电脑分组法均分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以早期医学营养结合运动疗法,比较两组孕妇血糖控制有效率、血糖指标、生活质量评分、免疫功能指标和不良妊娠结局发生率。结果 观察组孕妇血糖控制有效率和预后生活质量评分高于对照组,血糖指标均改善且优于对照组,免疫功能指标均改善且优于对照组,产后出血、巨大儿、早产等不良妊娠结局的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早期医学营养结合运动疗法对妊娠期糖尿病高危孕妇治疗效果确切,可改善孕妇的血糖指标、提高免疫功能、降低不良妊娠发生率。

Objective To analyze the treatment effect of early medical nutrition combined with exercise therapy on high-risk pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 96 patients of high-risk pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Qingzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by computerized grouping method,with 48 cases in each group.Pregnant women in the control group received conventional treatment,and pregnant women in the observation group received early medical nutrition combined with exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.The effective rate of blood glucose control,blood glucose indicators,quality of life scores,immune function indicators and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose control efficiency and prognostic quality of life scores of pregnant women in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,blood glucose indexes were improved and better than those of the control group,the immune function indexes improved and better than those of the control group,the incidence of post-partum hemorrhage,macrosomia,preterm labor and other adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early medical nutrition combined with exercise therapy is effective in the treatment of high-risk pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,which can improve the blood glucose index of pregnant women,improve immune function and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
