葛根芩连汤在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探索老年2型糖尿病患者治疗中葛根芩连汤的应用效果。方法 选取2022年4月—2023年4月于宁德市康复医院就诊的88例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组治疗药物为二甲双胍,观察组治疗药物为二甲双胍联合葛根芩连汤,治疗周期为8周。对比两组治疗效果,包括治疗前后血糖指标、2型糖尿病症状评分、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗前,两组血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(5.46±0.97)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.34±1.62)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(5.16±0.76)%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.177、5.217、9.709,P<0.05);治疗前,两组症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 利用葛根芩连汤治疗老年2型糖尿病患者的效果确切,可有效控制血糖水平,促进改善多饮、多食、多尿等临床症状,药物不良反应少,安全性良好。

Objective To explore the application effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Ningde Rehabilitation Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.All of the patients were divided into control group and observation group with the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with Gegenqinlian decoction.The treatment period was 8 weeks.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,including blood glucose indexes before and after treatment,type 2 diabetes symptom scores,and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(5.46±0.97)mmol/L,2-hour postprandial blood glucose(8.34±1.62)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin(5.16±0.76)%in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.177,5.217,9.709,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is effective,can effectively control the level of blood glucose,promote the improvement of polydipsia,polyphagia,polyuria and other clinical symptoms,less adverse drug reactions,good safety.
