二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖对糖尿病患者血糖、胰岛素功能及不良反应的影响

Effects of Metformin combined with Acarbose on Blood Glucose,Insulin Function and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探究二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖在糖尿病患者治疗中的效果及对患者血糖、胰岛素功能及不良反应的影响。方法 选取2023年1—6月在泰州市第二人民医院治疗的糖尿病患者92例纳入本项研究,并视为研究对象。采用系统随机抽样法加以分组,对照组46例单纯使用二甲双胍治疗,观察组46例在二甲双胍治疗基础上,联合使用阿卡波糖治疗。围绕血糖指标、胰岛素功能指标以及不良反应对比分析组间治疗效果,分析联合用药的优势。结果 治疗后观察组空腹血糖(6.44±1.02)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.18±1.20)mmol/L和糖化血红蛋白(7.12±1.03)%均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.868、9.630、6.819,P<0.05);观察组治疗后的空腹胰岛素和餐后2 h胰岛素水平均较对照组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均有不良反应出现,但总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖在糖尿病患者治疗中的效果显著,对患者血糖、胰岛素功能及不良反应具有积极影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of diabetes mellitus patients and its effect on patients'blood glucose,insulin function and adverse reactions.Methods 92 patients treated for diabetes mellitus in Taizhou Second People's Hospital during the study time period from January to June 2023 were included in this study and were considered as study subjects.They were grouped by systematic random sampling method,46 cases in the control group were treated with metformin alone,and 46 cases in the observation group were treated with acarbose in combination with metformin.Comparison and analysis of the treatment effect between the groups around blood glucose indexes,insulin function indexes and adverse reactions,and analysis of the advantages of the combined use of drugs.Results The fasting blood glucose(6.44±1.02)mmol/L,postprandial 2 h blood glucose(8.18±1.20)mmol/L and glycated hemoglobin(7.12±1.03)%of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.868,9.630,6.819,P<0.05).The fasting insulin and 2 h postprandial insulin levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions were observed in both groups,there was no statistically significant difference in total incidence rate(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with acarbose is effective in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus,and has a positive effect on patients'blood glucose,insulin function and adverse reactions.
