连续性护理在医院2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Effect of Continuous Nursing in Hospital Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的 探索医院2型糖尿病患者行连续性护理的临床应用价值。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年1月费县人民医院收治的82例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照双盲信封法将患者均分对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行连续性护理。比较两组患者生活质量情况、血糖控制情况以及自我管理能力、护理满意度。结果 两组患者各项生活质量指标维度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组自我管理行为各维度评分、各项血糖指标、护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 连续性护理运用于2型糖尿病中运用效果较好,可有效改善患者的血糖控制水平、自我管理意识,从而有利于提升患者的生活质量水平和对于临床护理工作的满意程度。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of continuous nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes in hospital.Methods Selected 82 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Fei County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 as the study objects,they were equally divided into the control group and observation group according to the double-blind envelope method,with 41 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life,blood glucose control,self-management ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared dimension scores of various quality of life indexes in two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,all dimension scores of self-management behavior,blood glucose indexes and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing in type 2 diabetes has a good effect,which can effectively improve the blood glucose control level and self-management consciousness of patients,so as to improve the quality of life of patients and their satisfaction with clinical nursing work.
