多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Diversity Nursing in the Nursing of Diabetes Mellitus Combined with Coronary Heart Disease

目的 探究糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)实施多样性护理的影响。方法 选取2022年9月—2023年9月临沂市人民医院收治的86例糖尿病合并冠心病患者为研究对象,依据掷骰子法分为两组,每组43例,一般组行一般性护理,多样组行多样性护理,比较两组患者血糖指标,心理状态,依从性。结果 护理后,多样组餐后2 h血糖(8.62±0.75)mmol/L、空腹血糖(5.61±0.49)mmol/L低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,多样组焦虑、抑郁心理评分低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多样组依从率96.35%高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多样化护理下糖尿病合并冠心病患者的依从性高,血糖控制良好,可改善患者心功能,维持患者正面心态。

Objective To investigate the impact of implementing diversity nursing in diabetes mellitus combined with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease in Linyi People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the dice method,with 43 cases in each group.The general group received general nursing and the diverse group received diverse nursing.The blood glucose index,psychological state and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the postprandial 2 h blood glucose(8.62±0.75)mmol/L,the fasting blood glucose(5.61±0.49)mmol/L in various groups were lower than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological scores of anxiety and depression in various groups were lower than those in general group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)..The compliance rate of various groups was 96.35%higher than that of general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with diabetes combined with CHD have high compliance and good blood sugar control under diversified nursing,which can improve the heart function and maintain the positive mentality of patients.
