肺癌合并2型糖尿病实施个性化护理对血糖及生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Implementing Personalized Nursing Care on Blood Glucose and Quality of Life in Lung Cancer Combined with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探究肺癌合并2型糖尿病患者实施个性化护理对血糖及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年3月—2023年10月泰兴市人民医院收治的136例肺癌合并2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为参照组(采取常规护理措施,68例)和研究组(采取个性化护理措施,68例),比较两组血糖水平、生活质量变化。结果 护理后研究组各项血糖水平较参照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后研究组各项生活质量评分较参照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对肺癌合并2型糖尿病患者及时采取个性化护理措施进行护理干预可以对其血糖水平带来更为明显的控制效果,使患者生活质量可以得到更大程度上的改善,在肺癌合并2型糖尿病患者中的护理应用价值显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of personalized nursing on blood glucose and quality of life in patients with lung cancer combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 136 patients with lung cancer complicated with type 2 diabetes admitted to Taixing People's Hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the reference group(68 cases taking routine nursing measures)and the study group(68 cases taking personalized nursing measures)by random number table method.The changes of blood glucose level and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the blood glucose levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the nursing study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of personalized nursing measures for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with lung cancer in a timely manner can bring more obvious control effect on their blood glucose level and improve their quality of life to a greater extent,which is of significant value in the application of nursing care for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with lung cancer.
