以保护动机理论为导向的护理措施对老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者心理状态的影响

Effects of Nursing Measures Oriented by Protective Motivation Theory on the Psychological State of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探究老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)合并糖尿病患者行以保护动机理论为导向的护理措施对其心理状态的影响。方法 纳入2021年6月—2023年6月在贵州医科大学附属医院就诊的80例老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者,按信封法分为常规组(n=39,常规护理措施)和观察组(n=41,以保护动机理论为导向的护理措施),探究两种护理措施的应用效果。结果 干预90 d观察组后焦虑[(35.19±2.98)分]、抑郁评分[(36.22±3.17)分]均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.428、3.251,P<0.05);干预90 d后观察组自我效能各项评分均高于常规组,血糖水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以保护动机理论为导向的护理措施可改善老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者心理状态、提高自我效能并纠正血糖水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing measures oriented by protective motivation theory on the psychological state of elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods The 80 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were included in this study,and the envelope method was used to divided the patients into the conventional group(n=39,conventional nursing measures)and experimental group(n=41,nursing measures oriented by protective motivation theory),to explore the effects of the application of the two kinds of nursing measures.Results The anxiety[(35.19±2.98)points]and depression score[(36.22±3.17)points]of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group after 90 d of intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.428,3.251,P<0.05).After 90 d of intervention,all self-efficacy scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group,the blood glucose levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing measures oriented by protective motivation theory can improve the psychological state,self-efficacy and blood glucose level of elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes mellitus.
