摘要
目的 分析康柏西普应用在糖尿病视网膜病变伴有新生血管性青光眼疾病治疗中的价值。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年6月联勤保障部队第九四〇医院眼科收治的89例糖尿病视网膜病变并新生血管性青光眼患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组44例、观察组45例。对照组采用全视网膜激光光凝治疗,观察组采用康柏西普治疗。比较两组眼压、视力、房角新生血管及虹膜新生血管完全消退率、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组眼压低于对照组、视力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组房角新生血管及虹膜新生血管完全消退率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病视网膜病变伴有新生血管性患者常选取西药治疗,康柏西普用药后可有效调节视力、眼压水平,房角、虹膜新生血管完全消退率均增加,可有效控制不良反应。
Objective To analyze the value of conbercept application in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy accompanied by neovascular glaucoma disease.Methods A total of 89 patients with diabetic retinopathy and neovascular glaucoma admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of the 940th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(45 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with total retinal laser photocoagulation,and the observation group was treated with Compacept.The in traocular pressure,visual acuity,complete regression rate of angular and iris neovascularization and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The in traocular pressure of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the visual acuity was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete regression rate of angular chamber neovascularization and iris neovascularization in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetic retinopathy with neovascularization are often treated with western medicines,and conbercept can effectively regulate their visual acuity and intraocular pressure level,and increase the rate of complete regression of anterion chamber angle and iris neovascularization,which can effectively control the adverse reactions.
