胶原蛋白结构是其功能特性的基础,而胶原蛋白自组装过程是结构形成的关键环节。通过紫外-可见光、浊度法、荧光分度法、红外光谱、圆二色光谱术和核磁共振波谱法等方法可对胶原蛋白自组装过程进行监测和评价,并可用于建立胶原蛋白类医疗产品质量控制和评价有效方法。
The structure of collagen is the foundation of its functional properties,and the self-assembly process of collagen is a key link in the formation of the structure.The self-assembly process of collagen can be monitored and evaluated through methods such as UV visible light,turbidity method,fluorescence spectroscopy,infrared spectrum,circular dichroism spectroscopy,and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,and these methods can be used to establish effective methods for quality control and evaluation of collagen medical products.
