乡村振兴战略下乡村文化振兴的意义、困境与纾解路径

文化振兴是全面实现乡村振兴的重要动力和关键环节,是提升社会文明程度与植根中华文化血脉的关键途径。在乡村文化建设中,由于人们对乡土文化价值、文化建设的长期性与复杂性认识不足,导致乡村文化建设的治理协同、主体协同及机制协同还不够完善,严重影响到乡村振兴战略的推进效率,难以转化形成乡村社会的内驱动力及重塑乡村社会经济体系的经济效益,进而削弱了乡村文化振兴建设的整体质量。为此,应明确乡村文化振兴在乡村振兴战略推进中的意义,从基础设施建设、价值引领、文化共同体建设等方面出发,探索出一个乡村振兴的纾解策略。

Cultural revitalization is an essential feature of comprehensively achieving rural revitalization,and a key way to enhance social civilization and root in the blood of Chinese culture.In the construction of rural culture,due to a lack of understanding of the long-term and complex nature of local cultural values and cultural construction,the governance coordination,subject coordination,and mechanism coordination of rural cultural construction are not yet perfect,seriously affecting the efficiency of promoting rural revitalization strategies.It is difficult to transform and form the internal driving force of rural society and the economic benefits of reshaping the rural socio-economic system,This further weakens the overall quality of rural cultural revitalization construction.Therefore,the significance of rural cultural revitalization in the promotion of rural revitalization strategy should be clarified,and a relief strategy for rural revitalization should be explored from aspects such as infrastructure construction,value guidance,and cultural community construction.
