Cu_(2)O/Co_(3)O_(4)纳米阵列的制备与性质研究

摘要 硫化氢(H2S)被证实是第三种内源性气体信号分子,其异常浓度与许多疾病密切相关。如果能够获得一种快速、高灵敏度的传感器来监测生物体内硫化氢的动态变化,那么这些疾病的可控性就会大大提高。本研究提出了一种基于Cu_(2)O/Co_(3)O_(4)纳米阵列的生物H2S传感材料,基于界面电导调制和硫化反应,该材料对人体血液中的H2S表现出良好的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性。这项工作证明了Cu_(2)O/Co_(3)O_(4)纳米阵列应用于便携式传感器快速检测生物硫化氢的可靠性。 Hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)has been identified as the third endogenous gasotransmitter,and its abnormal concentration is closely related to many diseases.If a fast and highly sensitive sensor could be obtained to monitor the dynamic changes of H2S in organisms,the controllability of these diseases would be greatly improved.In this study,a Cu_(2)O/Co_(3)O_(4)nanowire array-based biosensor material was proposed,which showed good sensitivity,selectivity,and stability to H2S in human blood based on interface conductivity modulation and sulfidation reaction.This work demonstrates the reliability of Cu_(2)O/Co_(3)O_(4)nanowire arrays for rapid detection of biological hydrogen sulfide using portable sensors.
