摘要
为进一步探究提升水质检测准确度的有效策略,本次以水质检测工作中的化学需氧量(COD)检测环节为研究对象,以荧光检测技术为核心,初步建立单激发波长下的荧光发射光谱数据PLSR模型,通过数据处理、实际测量和建模等环节,对本次建立的水质检测方法进行探究。结果显示,本次基于荧光检测技术的水质检测方法在实际水样检测中可获得相对更为精准的数据,证明该方法具有潜在的应用价值。
In order to further explore effective strategies to improve the accuracy of water quality detection,this study focuses on the detection of chemical oxygen demand(COD)in water quality detection,with fluorescence detection technology as the core.A preliminary PLSR model for fluorescence emission spectrum data under a single excitation wavelength is established.Through data processing,actual measurement,and modeling,the water quality detection method established in this study is explored.The results show that the water quality detection method based on fluorescence detection technology can obtain relatively more accurate data in actual water sample detection,proving that this method has potential application value.
